Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or edits to the order, or combine it with other orders.

Floral Residence may exercise its discretion to cancel an order, or refuse to process an order for any reason including but not limited to: unavailability of product, i
nability to deliver to nominated delivery address or suspicion that the order is not genuine
.

Floral Residence has absolute discretion regarding requests for cancellation or amendment of an order, with the exception of sale or promo code orders which cannot be cancelled or amended. Please email floralresidence@gmail.com with any queries.

Discounts

Floral Residence may offer a discount to new subscribers, or a chance to win a discount. The discount may take the form of a monetary amount (e.g. 10% off that may be provided by way of a voucher) or a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) or any other such offer as Floral Residence deems appropriate.

If a discount is available, it may be advertised in the website subscriber pop-up and / or in the new subscriber welcome email, where you will be provided with instructions on how to access the discount.

If you have registered your email to receive a welcome discount, please note that it can take a little while for the email to appear in your inbox. We ask that you allow at least an hour and also check your junk/spam folders as we are unable to apply the discount to your order retrospectively.

Returns

How do I return my order?

To lodge a return, please contact us at floralresidence@gmail.com. You must lodge your return within 30 days from delivery.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on sale items. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'sale'. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate style online.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate style, please request a return. You will receive your credit code once we receive your returned items. To fast track this process, we recommend placing a new order for the style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired item. You can then submit a return request for your initial purchase.


Brand New Condition

All items must be in the original condition, unused, unwashed with original packaging in place. Due to health regulations items that are soiled, marked, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
